He has signed over eighty publications and contributions on energy, regulation, self-consumption and innovation. Writing is part of the method: it forces you to clarify your thinking and opens up your expertise to a wider audience.

He carries out teaching, executive training and mentoring activities in universities and management schools. The goal is to offer maps to orient yourself, not formulas to repeat.

The experience on the boards, in the Impact Committee of the POLIMI Graduate School of Management and in the role of former vice president of AssoESCo translates into a vision of governance as a living tool: it makes choices clear, distributes responsibilities and protects the ability to evolve.
