Browsing data
The website and its hosting provider may process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser and device information.
Google Analytics 4
Subject to consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to produce statistics on website usage. Data may include pages visited, events, interactions, technical device characteristics and browsing information. Joynergy has configured Analytics so that no page views or events are sent before consent. Measurement ID: G-0X64F3ZFDB.
Purposes and legal basis
Strictly necessary technical data is processed to ensure website operation and security on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest. Data collected through Google Analytics is processed only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Contact forms
Forms on the website open the user’s email client and address the message to Joynergy. The data entered is therefore processed to answer the request and, where applicable, to take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by technical providers acting as processors or independent controllers according to their respective roles. For Google Analytics, Google Ireland Limited may use other Google group companies and infrastructure outside the EEA, subject to the transfer mechanisms required by applicable law.
Retention
Technical data is retained for as long as necessary for security and operation. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the Google Analytics property and Google’s policies. Consent or refusal is stored locally in the browser for 180 days unless manually deleted.
Rights
Data subjects may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
External services
Links to LinkedIn, YouTube/TEDx and group-company websites lead to external services subject to their own privacy notices. The TEDx video is loaded only after an explicit user action and uses youtube-nocookie.com.
